Everyone has different motivations! Everyone has a different story! Everyone has a different personality! As such, to truly know oneself, while also building the capacity to understand others, requires a good amount of self-reflection, empathy, and some ideas of how human nature might work. In this Spotlight Session, we will try to do just that by introducing you to the personality model.

How you can classify your own personality
How to identify other personalities
What methods to use to leverage personality differences, and communicate effectively

This Spotlight Session will be held in English and hosted by EBS Alumna Yasemin Toprak. The focus of the session will be the personality model; however, Yasemin will also make time for an open Q&A about her own EBS experience as a Bachelor and Master student.

About Yasemin Toprak

After completing her BSc and MSc studies at EBS, Yasemin worked as a management consultant for banks, insurance companies and automobile manufacturers in the area of IT compliance. She then began her career in the Daimler world. She is currently a project manager there and is responsible for her own topics in the area of IT / security.

In addition, since 2020 she has also been working as a personality, career and business coach at schools, universities and companies. She organizes training courses around assessment centers, rhetoric, and team development. Furthermore, she conducts individual coaching with High School and University students as well as young professionals.
